Pre-purchase checklist
Before you place an order, take a moment to verify that your setup matches the basic requirements below. Skipping these checks can lead to crashes, errors or your product not working at all.
Read the product description carefully. Not every feature is available for every game version or every platform.
Some security or anti-cheat systems can stop third-party tools from loading. If you choose to adjust or disable any protection on your PC, you do so at your own risk. We recommend only using software you fully trust.
Most products support specific Windows builds only. In general, a standard Home or Pro version on a supported build is required. Enterprise, Education or heavily modified systems are usually not supported.
Some tools only support a particular game region, launcher or rendering mode. Always check the product page for details.
Certain products may require virtualization or specific BIOS/UEFI settings to be turned on or off. If that is the case, it will be clearly mentioned in the instructions for that product.
For some tools you might need extra software or overlays (for example Discord overlay, recording apps such as MedalTV, etc.). Check the instructions so you can prepare your setup before launching the product.
Understanding the risks

You should only make such changes if you fully understand the implications and trust the software you are using. Disabling or weakening your protection always increases your overall risk online.
If you are not comfortable adjusting security settings or if your machine is used for anything sensitive (work, banking, personal data, etc.), we strongly recommend that you reconsider using third-party tools altogether.
Hardware identification
Hardware ID
Many products are locked to a Hardware ID (HWID). This is a unique identifier generated from certain components of your system. If your HWID changes significantly, your license may stop working.
Hardware changes (new motherboard, CPU, etc.) can lead to a new HWID.
Major OS reinstalls or heavy system tweaks may also affect your HWID.
Always read the product's HWID policy before upgrading or changing your PC.
Not every HWID change qualifies for a reset and we cannot guarantee free or unlimited HWID changes. Please plan hardware upgrades accordingly.
